Delivery Information
We offer free delivery on all orders above 50€.
For orders under that amount, a shipping and handling fee of 9.95€ will be applied.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and all countries within the European Union. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within the EU, so no import duties or customs delays apply for EU and UK customers.
Unless otherwise stated, we aim to process and ship your order within 3–9 business days after receiving a properly completed and verified order. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, simply email us at info@kindskinpet.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
You must return all products (used or unused) to be eligible for a refund. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
If your items arrived damaged or there was a shipping error, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot process packages marked “Return to Sender” or “Refused”, unless explicitly instructed by our support team.
Refunds & Voids
Refunds are processed immediately on our end but may take up to 10 days to appear in your account. Look for the descriptor “KindSkinPet” in your bank statement.
If your order is cancelled on the same day, we may issue a void, meaning the transaction is never settled and won’t appear on your credit card statement (though it might show as pending for a few days).
Why Not a Chargeback?
Instead of initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. We’re happy to resolve any issues and offer a full refund within the 30-day period. Chargebacks harm our ability to offer convenient payment options, so we kindly ask for your cooperation.
Please note: filing a false chargeback is fraud, and doing so may result in your card being blacklisted by banks and online retailers.
